Starting Stats - 5'10 , 141.3 , Maintenance Cals - 2300~
Day 1 - 200mg (felt normal no sides) weight - 141.3, 1700cals
Day 2 - 400mg (felt normal, no sides) weight -141.3, 1500 cals
Day 3 - 200mg (night sweats came in, no lethargy yet, no heat) weight 138.0, 1700cals
Day 4 - 400mg (night sweats, light lethargy, no heat) weight - 139.3, 2000 cals
Day 5 - 200mg (lethargy starting to ramp up, night sweats, heat only kind of comes in whenever eating) weight - 139.3, 1700cals
Day 6 - 400mg (lethargy on BLAST, got used to the night sweats, negligible heat), weight - 139.3 ,1700 cals
Day 7 - 400mg (lethargy still on blast, night sweats, negligible heat), weight - 137.3, 1600 cals
Day 8 - 400mg (worst day with lethargy BY FAR, night sweats, negligible heat) - 135.8, 1000 cals i decided to decrease the dosage and eat 1400 cals after this day, lord this day was baaaaaad
Day 9 - 200mg (moderate lethargy, negligible heat) didnt weigh, 3.5-4k cals (it was halloweekend)
Day 10 - 200mg (moderate lethargy, negligible heat) didnt weigh, 3k cals
Day 11 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 137.8, 1500 cals
Day 12 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 138.5, 1400 cals
Day 13 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 137.1, 1700 cals
Day 14 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 135.2, 1400 cals
Day 15 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 134.1, 1000 cals
Day 16 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 132.6, 1500 cals
The main thing I would say I wish i knew was to really not look at the scale weight, that shit means nothing. If I'm to ever run DNP again it wont be on a college campus where im walking 15 minutes to and from classes, caffeine was a necessity for me on the days where i had lethargy.
I was running a replacement dosage of t3 (25mcgs) throughout the entire cycle, then brought it up to 50mcg on the days where i only dosed 200mg.
Also ran reta along with the entire cycle
