Starting Stats - 5'10 , 141.3 , Maintenance Cals - 2300~
Day 1 - 200mg (felt normal no sides) weight - 141.3, 1700cals

Day 2 - 400mg (felt normal, no sides) weight -141.3, 1500 cals

Day 3 - 200mg (night sweats came in, no lethargy yet, no heat) weight 138.0, 1700cals

Day 4 - 400mg (night sweats, light lethargy, no heat) weight - 139.3, 2000 cals

Day 5 - 200mg (lethargy starting to ramp up, night sweats, heat only kind of comes in whenever eating) weight - 139.3, 1700cals

Day 6 - 400mg (lethargy on BLAST, got used to the night sweats, negligible heat), weight - 139.3 ,1700 cals

Day 7 - 400mg (lethargy still on blast, night sweats, negligible heat), weight - 137.3, 1600 cals

Day 8 - 400mg (worst day with lethargy BY FAR, night sweats, negligible heat) - 135.8, 1000 cals i decided to decrease the dosage and eat 1400 cals after this day, lord this day was baaaaaad

Day 9 - 200mg (moderate lethargy, negligible heat) didnt weigh, 3.5-4k cals (it was halloweekend)

Day 10 - 200mg (moderate lethargy, negligible heat) didnt weigh, 3k cals

Day 11 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 137.8, 1500 cals

Day 12 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 138.5, 1400 cals

Day 13 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 137.1, 1700 cals

Day 14 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 135.2, 1400 cals

Day 15 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 134.1, 1000 cals

Day 16 - 200mg (light/no lethargy, negligible heat) - 132.6, 1500 cals


The main thing I would say I wish i knew was to really not look at the scale weight, that shit means nothing. If I'm to ever run DNP again it wont be on a college campus where im walking 15 minutes to and from classes, caffeine was a necessity for me on the days where i had lethargy.
I was running a replacement dosage of t3 (25mcgs) throughout the entire cycle, then brought it up to 50mcg on the days where i only dosed 200mg.
Also ran reta along with the entire cycle

You do realize calories have no resting mass therefore you cannot consume a calorie right? The body is an open thermodynamic system, you can't eat a calorie.

So calories are not an accurate way of measuring shit.

Like 500 calories of steak and 500 calories of donuts are the same? Use your brain

I finished day 14 at 250mg/day and I'm 3 days off by today and I've only lost 2 pounds and I still look bloated. might be I'm retaining water?

Did you deficit throughout? im pretty damn bloated right now too but it's to be expected and shaves off after a week or so

Yes. Some days maybe not, but for sure I never went over maintenance. I guess Ill wait a week then. Day 4 and no change

How's ur current bloat? Mine hasnt budged, i dosed lasix and hctz and it didnt even get altered a slight bit 😕

P sure went away a little bbut idk. I'm not sure. Scale isn't moving though. I'd be very disappointed tbh if this is me without bloata, because the scale quite literally only moved 3lbs.

But looks wise I think the bloat went away but not insanely drastic. Lasix+hctz should do something idk what's happening there, did you wait until they were in effect?

Good question, i didnt check my weight mid day i was just expecting a scale change by the next morning, also dosed these 2 days apart, lasix on the day when i first started feeling the bloat, hctz on the third

I find it much more pleasant than Reta, yes the heat is annoying but it’s otherwise side-effect free whereas with Reta you get nausea, lethargy, super high RR, and badly impacted cardio and strength.

I would like to try Tirzepatide as a more “pure” appetite suppressant - without the metabolic effects - to micro dose for long term use but no longer have any decent source for peptides. Unfortunately Reta has been memed so hard that most sources are only stocking that.

Ok woah I've titrated up reta to 8mg without any type of lethargy, if i do run DNP in the future it'd definitely be with tirz because reta doesnt do much for food noise after you've been on it for a long period of time, it just helped me get full easier.
You'd have to be running DNP at low doses though cause no way you could run 400mg of dnp just to stay warm and not receive side effects

I will say though i have been getting some pretty concerning resting RR i might have to get that checked :forcedsmile:

I'm not underweight, doing it to push out that last strand of leanness, to be sub 10%.
I currently feel amazing right now at my current weight, dont strugle with energy or insomnia like other people would feel at this weight.

I love how lean my face has been looking even with the bloating going on with dnp I've never looked better my whole life

How the hell? You might not have had real dnp then because when I was on dnp all i could think about was food food and food that shit upped my cravings to the maximum, even the days where i binged i felt like i could easily go further. And that was just on 400mg
