I've been on DNP for 3 days on a 250mg dose. I went to the gym to do my typical push day routine, and I was unable to go nearly as heavy and my recovery between sets was ABYSMAL. It's cool to see the science I've been reading actually work in action. To make is simple, the DNP reduces ATP production, and its why my strength and recovery between sets is terrible. I'm now interested to research ways to massively increase ATP production and apply that after the end of my DNP cycle.

What's DNP?
2, 4 DNP is a potent mitochondrial uncoupler. It basically makes it very inefficient for the cells in your body to make ATP, which causes extra energy burn, AKA higher metabolism; more calorie burn. Appeal above also added something interesting to his thread that also showed that because your body uses ATP during exercise, but your body cannot produce it efficiently, that it basically give a 2x multiplier on your exercise calorie burn if I remember right. I'll have to reread the thread.

BTW mate. Its definitely water weight, but I dropped nearly 5lbs in one day from this. I'm only taking 250mg, so I'm not getting any of the sides like over heating.

I haven't had any heating issues. I maybe feel the ever-so slightest warmer than normal. I'm definitely not sweating buckets or waking up drenched in sweat or whatever gay shit other people say.
I may consider upping it to 500mg after I'm fully saturated from the 250mg dose and see if I can tolerate it. It's been working well. I've been pumping myself with anti-oxidants and I'm looking for any side effects like neuropathy or cloudy vision or rashes. Nothing. @appeal

It seems like people who get peripheral neuropathy or cataracts from this shit are people who slammed like a gram of this shit a day, everyday for 6 months and didn't take any anti-oxidants @appeal

yes first 3 or so days is all water. removing glycogen from body. i mentioned in the thread if you wanna start losing fat from the start to do 0 carbs for 3 days so there is no glycogen to be burnt

wait till day 5 until the 200 is close to max saturation and then decide if you wanna up it. you should feel hotter each time due to dose accumulation

the side effects are only bad like 15 min after taking thats why its best to take before sleeping ... the issue is when you cant fall asleep then u get stressed cause it feels like ur going to die

I only take it before sleep because there was another guy on this forum who said he does it that way. I haven't tried taking it in the morning.

@appeal @Foreverbrad @huracaan Why do you need antioxidants since DNP reduces the formation of ROS? Does DNP only reduce the formation of ROS in small doses, and in big doses, it increases the production of ROS?

Weak. Also body size might influence it since I'm 6'5 and pretty fat.

im 168 rn, gained like 5 lbs pure fat over the last week cause its been break, i was on vaction, and i couldnt take the dnp (6'1" btw)

if its qsc most likley not but its weird that you dont feel anything, maybe mine is over dosed?

QSC has been accused of underdosing test but I havent heard that about anything else

I only feel slightly hot right after I take it, but its completely bearable and goes away in 20 mins

Its weird asf maybe I am overdosing on support supplements , im taking probably like 2000 mg in support supplements and only 250 mg DNP

I'm taking the 250mg QSC tabs too. I can notice the effects in my lack of ATP production and even feel a bit of heat, but I'm not getting these ridiculous overheating symptoms others get. In a couple days, when I get close to full saturation on 250 mg, I'll bump up to 500mg and see if I notice a difference.

Im alive after I drank on DNP somehow, but to answer this, antioxidants are just a helper for your body, as its pretty much being "overclocked" and just needs a little bit of help with regeneration.
