My tip is to avoid using Triiodothyronine (T3). Triiodothyronine is catabolic towards skeletal muscle.

You can use retatrutide if you have excessive hunger while in an energy deficit. It will make you feel less hungry, but you still need to eat food over the day.

Not hungry does not equal no need for protein and food. You still need to consume protein to preserve skeletal muscle in a deficit.
