This is just a personal log to help me stay motivated during my water fast. I am water fasting to lose the 30 pounds I put on during coronavirus related rotting.
My goal is to fast for at least 72 hours minimum, but I want to see if I can go longer than that (1 week max). I started today at 12:01 am, so I need to fast until 12:01 am Tuesday in order to reach my goal. I will use a 800 mg loading dose of DNP on the first day to accelerate my weight loss, which I will lower to 400 mg throughout the fast. I will drink Snake Juice to replace necessary minerals, and when I break my fast I will eat miso soup, avocados, and Diet Dr.Pepper for my first meal, and on the second day will celebrate with no more than 1500 calories of sushi.
I can tell you that I am already hungry, but I feel ok. I think I can do this.
I'll do my first weigh in tomorrow. If I break the fast before 72 hours pass I will post physique here so that you can fatshame me. If I succeed I challenge @BigBoy to do it next. Lets make this shit a challenge.
