Took a break from DNP over the weekend but i will be starting again on Monday when i can actually dose properly
I'm guessing my max dosage was probably around 400-600mg per day and the side were brutal so i took some time off
I'm going to use 300mg for the next 10 days idk if ill go longer seeing as its just going to be getting warmer and warmer outside
ill post weight loss results on the last day
