DNP Cycle Experience – 35 Days In

I started taking DNP december 1st at ~400mg in the beginning. my starting weight was 192.4lbs

Days 16-20
there days were normal and i kept using ~400mg but i started getting lethargic again. I also noticed that my nut had a yellow hue to it

Days 20-25
my parents noticed that my eyes were turning yellow and they got concerned and took me to the doctor. I didn't want to tell them i'm taking a chemical used in explosives to lose weight so i said it's probably from the oral minoxidil i was taking. The doctor told them it could be from the minoxidil or it could be a viral infection. They did some tests and my bilirubin was extremely high(They probably mistook the DNP in my blood as bilirubin). They gave me some pills and told me i'll be fine in a 2-3 weeks. I also did a couple blood tests.

Days 25-35
i increased the dose from ~400mg to ~800mg but i wasn't using it consistently. Everytime i take the powder i feel like throwing up so somedays i just skip it. my eyes and pee are still yellow too. extremely lethargic too, i'm sleeping like 12-14 hours and when im awake i barely have any energy.

This morning I was 161.2lbs so i lost 31lbs but I would've lost some much more if my diet was better and i actually worked out. I ate mostly carbs after day 20 cuz the doctor told my parents to eat easy digesting food like bananas and rice.

idk how much longer i'm going to use DNP for but hopefully I get stop using it soon cuz i hate how i feel. i'm going to do another update when i stop using it.

better otcomes if you were t DNP only should have done other weightlsoes like low does retaturtide and some addderal but mirin

yea start off awith low dose reta
and if u struggle with food do a
glp2
but if not and just want weight loss just do glp3

my goal is like 8% ngl year round I know it sounds impossible but if your willing to its not but not everyones goal

reta wouldnt give me this level of fat loss. I'm 5'11 and I now weigh 155lbs. Also i hate how everyone is fear mongering DNP like it's not even that bad. The only way you can die from DNP is if ur a genuine low iq retard.
