So, I cycled DNP for fat loss for about 25 days. I didn't keep track, but it was definitely around that mark. I started at a dose of 400mg in capsule form.
Later, I heard that capsules aren't ideal because you can't control the amount of DNP due to potential fillers.
I scored some legit European DNP from a solid source. To test it, I followed a method a bro told me about: set it on fire. If it burns like rocket fuel, it's real. Mine did, so I was good to go.
For the first week, I thought it was fake because I didn't feel anything and didn't see any fat loss. I was in a deficit and doing cardio, but nothing. That was just stupid. I'm never touching furo again, especially not with that combo. I also drank every weekend during the cycle because of parties and took furo twice before. Nothing dangerous happened, though.
Everything you read online about DNP is extremely exaggerated. DYOR and don't blame me if you're low IQ and die. DNP isn't as dangerous as everyone says, but it also doesn't do as much for fat loss as people claim.
I'd recommend stacking it with an appetite suppressant and something like T3 and/or SLU-PP. In my theory, SLU-PP would have a synergetic effect with DNP because it makes your body produce more mitochondria, enhancing the metabolic effect of DNP.
Next winter, I'm planning to cycle DNP again, this time with tirz
or reta and SLU-PP. I'll drop another review after that.
