dnp cycle, should I go updose

I'm on 200mg of dnp rn its been 8 days and I lost 6lbs so far, ive had no side effects apart from feeling tired its cold outside so im still really cold rn tbh, anyway since ive had no major sides at 200mg should I move up to 400mg?im 195 rn ideally I wanna be like 187 by the 4th of feb so in around 8 days

I gained like a pound im not sure if its just bloating or smh tho cause ive defo been staying under 1.5k cals

I seen on a thread that a lot of the time u get bloated on dnp, I don't think its the food cause I track to eat 1000cals, but I don't track minor seasonings and stuff, that wouldn't get me past 1500 tho
