haven't made a post in a while
moved to college and didn't really pay attention and bam, +12 pounds

current stats: 6'0.5, 175lbs, goal: lose 15-20 pounds

decent amount of muscle from roiding but i've never been sub 17-18% bf in my life, i was saved by kpop smv boost

planning on getting DNP from nutraburn but my family is going on vacation for a week as soon as i get back
this leaves me with only 2 weeks to use dnp before returning to school

debating on whether i should wait until after the holidays
i could rush it and do

first 2 days frontload 500mg, then 250mg but idk

will be running with 4mg of reta, 250mg test

150-250mg Test + Reta combined with RFL (Rapid Fat Loss by Lyle Mcdonald) mogs DNP. If you want you can add either Sema/Tirz/Cagrilintide (obv lower dosed) on top of the Reta. Low dosed Tren could also be used but not required at all. If you'r really gonna hop on DNP, don't cope and count your fucking calories and eat clean. Don't exclude carbs completely, imo. Run like 150g carbs max, 160-170g protein and rest fats

never heard of RFL tbh, was thinking of stack Cag as well

haven't been eating very clean due to dining halls being almost completely goyslop, easy to count calories but hard to track exact macros so i just try to get as much protein as possible and load carbs before workouts

considered using tren but i have a history of anxiety/paranoia and it'd probably only fuck me harder

planning on doing dnp over break cuz i'll have more control over what i eat then, when i go back to uni i can just count calories and maintain
