DNP Diarrhea (DNP BROS GTFIH) (7th day update)

I've been consistently losing 2lbs+ a day for the last 4 days, I was losing more before that, but it was mostly glycogen. Today is day 7 of my DNP cycle. I haven't been getting dehydrated and I've lost all of my glycogen, so I'm confident this is nearly pure fat I'm losing. One side effect I've been noticing is that I am spewing a liquid mess out of my arse rather than normal shit. I don't know if this is a side effect of losing 2lbs of fat a day or what. I'm currently eating 1,400kcal and hitting 8k+ steps a day. This shit works TOO WELL. 12lbs down in 7 days.

Nope. I'm only 7 days in, but I lost 5lbs on day one due to glycogen loss, then second day i maintained weight because I binged. But days 3-7, I've been losing 2lbs+ a day.
