DNP Dosing and protocols

For anyone familiar for DNP how did you dose it? ive never really considered taking it but recently ive seen a few people have sucessful cycles of it, so im wondering how did you dose it?

yeah i ran 400 for 6 days i hopped off because of the lack of sleep 400 is very tolerable
