Thought I'd make a thread about dinitrophenol since I saw it on here and I have quite a bit of experience with it.
It is a very good compound/toxin for fat loss. But there are 3 things you need to know about it before taking it:
1. It is sharply fatal. Meaning even a single OD can kill you. There is no antidote to save you. If you do you feel have taken to much do NOT go to the hospital. They will just waste your time (they can't do anything for you). The best thing you can do is take a very cold shower, ice cold if possible. That's the best thing you can do, and it's better than what the hospital will do for you.
2. The margin for effective dose and lethal dose is very narrow. 150 mg might work well, but you decide it's not enough and up it to 250. That might turn into toxic. So if you decide to increase the dose, you must do so in very small amounts, and try to remember how each dose made you feel so you know what's tolerable for you and what isn't.
3. The half life is very long. About 3 days. This means that the second day of DNP, you still have over 3 quarters of the compound in your system from the first day. And on the third day you have half the compound from day 1 in your system, 3 quarters of the compound from day 2 in your system, and now you're putting more in your system. Remember, DNP is sharply fatal and has a very narrow margin dose, the fact that it also has a very long half life make this compound particularly difficult to control. What was safe on day 2 might be toxic by day 7. So you have to be very careful with dosing.
I am about 6'1" ~230 lbs (when I start taking it) and I find the dose I can tolerate for weeks of usage is about 150 - 200 max. If I run 250-300 it becomes intolerable by around day 5, and I have to discontinue by day 10. That's just my personal experience though, yours will likely be different especially if you're a different size than I am.
