Apparently DNP s uncoupling properties which is resp for most of the weight loss only start at 400 mg saturation. So first day 200 then 400 then again 200 for 4 days. Stop for two days and repeat until you run out. You can drink coffee and take aspirin to make it even more effective

If you use coffee and aspirin yes. Also make sure to get enough carbs but not too much nor too little . 60 percent should come from carbs , 30 from protein 10 from saturated fats

Stay a bit hungry throughout the day but not to the level that you get light headed . Go to bed with some food. Dnp burns off most of what you eat anyway.
