I took 200 mg DNP for a week, lost 7 lb in the first 5 days. Took 400 daily for the next week, lost 10 lb of pure fat. If you’re smart with DNP, it is fucking awesome.
Might take Reta at the same time for my next cycle, because the cravings were insane. Definitely can’t run it in the summer though so imma just bulk and gain muscle until November.
