I may be fooking cooked chat. I think i came into this with much higher expectations, like 1lbs of pure fat a day which is what the main dnp threads said. I looked at a few of the other threads and asked ai and it looks like its more around .5-.8lbs a day tops. I have enough for another 4 days and then ill be out for 3 weeks till my extra 5g comes in, wanted to start my cycle at the end of the month but with these subpar results I think i may be fucked till end feburary. Anyone know if my findings on daily loss is true or if I might have some hope?

. The amount of strain you are putting on your system for 0.5lbs a day is diabolical (a lot of that is water loss too probably) Please consider removing dnp and just going to a higher defecit.
