Yeah melatonin helps, but in my experience it was impossible for me to sleep because my heart would basically start jumping anytime I would try to sleep

thankyou for the response, and was the heart thing when u took melatonin or js whenever u tried to sleep at all?

Whenever I would try to sleep at all but melatonin did help me a lot it helped me be able to fall asleep without it I would stay up till 5 am thinking I was gonna die because of my heart
