If you REALLY need to lose weight quickly while maintaining a good deal of lean mass dnp is the way to go, as for if stuff is over/under dosed start with half a pill. You don't want to be maintaining a deficit while in puberty. But DO RESEARCH.

neither, suppressing your appetite during development isn't ideal and can fuck up your growth, especially with chemicals. if you need to lose some bf eat in a caloric deficit.
