there two completely different things, You could combine the both. That’s what i’m doing soon. It’s actually pretty common to combine DNP with Sema,Tirz,Reta to combat cravings while on DNP.

Hmm you can try no GLP-1, it’s just that from what i’ve heard from most DNP experiences is that you get really bad cravings while on DNP. Also DNP and Reta are two complete different things there like not really comparable one will burn Fat off like crazy and the other will massively help you on a calorie deficit. It depends on what you’re trying to achieve. I’m getting my DNP and Reta soon

I wouldn't promote dnp to anybody and everyone IK who used it fkd up because you look sloppy on it then you think you arent losing fat then you up the dose + you have to trust your stuff is even dosed accurately.

Id use reta.

Niether. If youre below the age of 35 you should be able to lose fat fairly easily. When i was in my early 20s/late teens i would cut on 2400 calories a day. You can do it to where youre only hungry short peroids of time throughout the day in short peroids that last like 15 minutes but feeling somewhat full throughout the rest.

You can use DNP with a GLP-1 Agonist also. Although DNP pairs better with Sema due to its stronger affinity to GLP-1 receptor.

Anyone who doesn’t recommend GLP-1 A at very minimum for cutting is moronic since there is literally now downside. Using willpower to lose weight is unbelievable gay when you have such apatite suppressants and aids at your disposal.

Yeah, I know a guy, goes by Regal Labs, who sells DNP. Not sure if I can share sources here though. I ran it for 14 days and dropped about 4.5 kg, and my body fat went from 18% down to 10%. The fat loss was insane, but the side effects hit hard, constant sweating, no energy, and a few times I felt way too hot even doing nothing. It's effective, but definitely not something to take lightly.
