About to start running DNP 200mg ed + 5mg of reta. Going to avoid carbs spam real good chicken and manage electrolytes I guess. Any tips?

if youre working out currently dont cut out carbs just lower them. be careful with the dnp dosage, it adds up because of the half life, so watch out
 
seems good, i know one guy frontloaded 400mg dnp first 2 days then continued 200mg ed

Do 400mg. All you need is CoQ10,NAC & Vitamin C/E. Anti histamines if you get an allergic and Melatonin if you can’t sleep. Drink water and electrolytes. I just LDAR’d infront of a fan.

I’m going to have to go to class during which is going to suck but other than that i’m not leaving my bed with fan

Look into sobetirome as a replacement for T3. It has a bigger effect on the tissues you actually want and not so much your heart, muscles, etc (in theory).

dnp is a bonus but I was fine with just 2mg of reta a week lost 7kg nearly in a month

I’m currently like 20% and i wanna go to like sub 10 in like a month and a half i’d say it’s realistic. I need DNP bc i’m taking hgh rn and wanna grow so the quicker the cut the better
