Im on dextroaphetamin rn, ill hope yall can see the effort :lul:.

Before stats: 89kg pushing 90-92kg (didnt measure so no exact way of knowing, but this was my round about)
BF%: 20-23% (i rly dont know tbh)
Height: 187cm

On the February 2nd, my dnp arrived, i dont know anymore if i took my first dosage at the 2nd, or the third.
Dosage: 300mg Ed (my scale wasnt precise so more like 250-400mg Ed)

timeline: i am now midcut, i wont stop using dnp anytime soon, ill try to get to 10% bf, then bulk up back to 20%, then repeat.

This was me pretty much after i stopped eating as much as possible.
i would guess, as i already said i was 22% bf.

Beforecut3
Beforecut2
Beforecut1

2 weeks mid cut Stats:
81,6kg.
bf%: 14-18% (im really bad at guessing bf% dont flame me)

Deficit intake:
1,8-2.2g Protein per KG bodyweight.
1800 Calories (only had 2 cheat days where i went close to above 2,3k)
Low fat.
carbs intake was mid, nothing crazy, since i mostly ate meat, 30-60g rice (measure before cooking) Skyr, and low cal Ice cream.

These pics are all no older then 2 days.

Nothing crazy yet lmao, yall expeted to much .

okay Srs tho, ive lost a bit of love handles, water weight went down insanely ( i obv didnt lose 7kg in fat).
The water weight loss, could have come from the Reta i am taking to fell less hungry and better out insulin sensitivity.

Carbs: When i started, i was pretty scared of carbs, because i thought ill overheat, so i only ate those little amounts of rice.
I am now eating 500-750g of potatoes daily, and dont have any heating issues (maybe slightly, but wasnt noticeable for me).
Only time i did had heating issues, was when i took lsd and almost drank no water over the day, im pretty sure it came from the lsd tbh.

Ask me any questions and ill answer everything i can.

never ldar:p.

Here´s some pics of in september 2025 lol :lul:

Why DNP specifically? Arent u worried about the Cataract Risk via Epithelium Damage? I was planning to hop on DNP but seems like BAM15 will be a better option overall; Less Oxidative stress afterall.

Mirin the dedication though bhai, Heres my bump

all fear mongering, side effects start appearing above 400mg, but thats the MINIMUM for side effects, so you could do 400-500mg ed without problems, but why should you tho ? above 400mg, the returns start diminishing, so rly no big need.

60 tren is literally a microdose. Its for cortisol reduction and some bone gain.

maybe because BAM15 is extremely experimental and not worth it unless you like being a lab rat

Well atleast it shows promising results in its experiments, unlike DNP which has Cataract Risks depending on your genetics and is utterly banned in all countries?

no no
no atleast

you can experiment on yourself but not with a drug with no human data, and especially on something that wont actually give the results youre looking for

The risk of cataracts/nerve damage are nullified to near zero with proper prophylaxis.

Please do explain, I really do want to hop on DNP, just dont wanna risk much.
What do u plan to take to nullify the risks of Cataracts? i was going to take Tudca and Mots-C, since those were the only 2 things i could afford as medical measure (or wait a few more months until i can buy some more Ancillaries).

Nerve damage can be attributed to deficiency in certain B-vitamins (B1, B6, B12) which a B-complex vitamin should take care of in theory. Otherwise just get in your B-vitamins through nutrients. As for cataracts, stuff like Vitamin C (MUST-HAVE), and NAC are going to help you in mitigating the already .001% risk that you develop cataracts. DNP is a low risk supplement if you have the right ancillaries. Most important ones are probably Vitamin C, B-complex, and NAC. Vitamin E would be nice too. @Genio

Yeah im already planning to supplement all the Vitamins before, during, and after my DNP cycle; Im planning aswell to take Astaxanthin with them since it helps with Oxidative Stress and strengthens the Epithelium Lens
