DNP water retention

So im on dnp 200mg, and my weight has been stalled for awhile now, and I haven't been looking any leaner, I know u get alot of water retention with dnp, my question is how much additional weight do u normally lose the week after the cycle, and is this normal at a relatively low dose like 200mg?

is that safe on dnp? im not an expert but I feel like draining urself of water while on dnp seems like a death sentence
