yeah just use it responsibly dont read 3 sentences in a thread and assume that means you should run 400mg for 2 weeks straight no electrolytes no antioxidants no preparation (like not running it in arab desert summer weather or accounting that lethargy is going to make shit harder to do or just undoable)
