"if used correctly". Yes, be very cautious to use it correctly. The difference between the therapeutic dose and the median lethal dose is not that big. 200 milligrams up to no more than 400 milligrams per day is the therapeutic dose and the limit. You will still experience a lot of oxidative stress and dehydration with those doses, so you will need to drink at least 4 or 5 litres of water per day.
