cant focus jerking off while trying to adjust the position of my hyoid through swallowing while chintucking, its embarassing having to explain man, my hyoid is forward of my neck too much where i can see the bones of my spine? i can see the shape of my spine? or is it the shape of my hyoid bone, and in my chintuck i fall back my head right, so when i swallow, it interferes with my swallowing. i have to get rid of it to have a straight line jawline not circle jawline, for my jawline to show.
