I know our lives are kinda shitty, and we get constantly rejected by women so it's easy sometimes to be angry at the world. I used to be a really angry and bitter person, a literal feral animal, but I decided to just start being kind to others no matter what and it made me feel better despite my circumstances

Maybe try doing good deeds and being kind to others. It might help a little
