Look. When dealing with hormonal imbalances (usually exesive estrogen) some people might consider taking AIs. To me, the problem with this is that 1) this doesn't target the cause of the problem and because of it it will be harmful.

How?

Well, in today's toxic word where a lot of the air contains some kind of spray (household cleaning product, cologne) what causes hormonal imbalances is ESTROGEN MIMICKING COMPOUNDS. These are molecules that are so similar to estrogen that they activate estrogen receptors in the body.
Now, AIs aim to stop the production of AROMATASE. Aromatase is simply a hormone that transform testosterone into estrogen (and the like) hormones. By taking AIs somebody is not only ignoring the real issue (estrogen mimic compounds), but is also severely risking to fuck up their hormonal system. Look up there are lots of post in PSL forums of people ruining their endocrine systems because of taking AIs. Aromatase is not the problem, endocrine disruptors are.

it depends on causes of high E, if you have increased E for example from cucked drugs then it's legit and u'll be good after one course of AIs

Indole-3 Carbinol works and don't fuck you like AIs

Yes, when high estrogen is caused by drugs I agree they may be the splution. Not that injecting roids and IT won't fuck you up on their own.

Hypothetically speaking, you could just use a SERM to block estradiol receptors (of course you shouldn't)

Haven't looked into that. Anyways, I doubt there aren't downsides to such drugs.
My point is more about removing these estrigenic comppunds that are fucking up everybody. Even wild sea life is losing their male population because of this chemicals being dumped in the sea.

Do you know if or which xenoestrogens, phytoestrogens and other estrogenic endocrine disruptors are metabolized in the same way as endogenous estrogens?

do you have your E checked?

Haven't looked in detail. But what I know is that they activate estrogenic responses because they activate the estrogen receptors, so, even if real estrogen levels are low the antagonizing molecules (hormonal disruptirs) will make the body react and manifest femonine features

That you should leave complex matters such as endocrinology to the experts and enjoy the Christmas season
Leaving "complex matters" in the hands of "experts" is what have the majority of people fucked up

And what I say is what actual endocrinologists say. I don't see what's wrong with it or what I should say.
