Idrk where to post this but ive been looking into various jaw surgeons and i found the one who performed surgery on this guy (Prof. Federico Hernández Alfaro):
This is a pretty famous case with edits and discussions around it. However Alfaro also has some shit results Maybe some people are too cooked to begin with or maybe a lot only care about function. But if so why go to this specific surgeon? He's well regarded specifically for aesthetics and custom 3d planned results. I understand that these are usually still improvements and that there are other issues that jaw surgery cant fix but the jaws still look shit.
