Do all manlets have long torso and short legs?

I'm 179 cm I have just found out that the pants I'm wearing are for the height 164-170 cm, whereas the shirts are for 182-185 cm. I'm 17. Does this dispropotion means I still have potential to grow?

Long legs look 10x more aesthetic and you will go from slightly below average height with bad proportions to slightly above average height with good proportions since the amount of height you can gain is dependant on how tall you already are.

No, stupid question. There are plenty of manlets with short torsos and long legs (relatively speaking).

A lot of the questions on here could be answered with "just go outside."
