Tbh you should tell them what you are trying to achieve. They prob know the right procedure and will do simulation; a bsso is not that extreme to ask but they gonna give theyr opinion ofc.

But if the only way to achieve ur looks is through a lefort 3 or something such invasive and they are not
Comfortable then you get rejected
