they prob reject a decent amt cuz many autists self diagnose themselves w recession bc they dont look like jordan barrett and it would be unethical to do some of those procedures on them

Tbh you should tell them what you are trying to achieve. They prob know the right procedure and will do simulation; a bsso is not that extreme to ask but they gonna give theyr opinion ofc.
But if the only way to achieve ur looks is through a lefort 3 or something such invasive and they are not
Comfortable then you get rejected
