Depends. I think most male models are low trust. Example- Tyson Ballou, Elias Depoot, Andreas Eriksen, Steven James and even David Gandy upto an extent. But these guys are well groomed/
Stylemaxxed/ too. So I don't think girls will be reluctant to approach them thinking they have " mysterious" vibes. High trust chads like Henry Caville, Sean O'Pry , Chico etc will be considered cute or charming.
But Richard Ramirez legit looks mentally ill which he is anyways so i don't think so. Maybe there are some whores who think they can fix him but not every woman.

If he had gotten approached, I doubt he would have gone on a killing spree. He would need to do the approaching. The pros to looking this low trust is that you get One night stands easily.
