Do antibiotics stunt growth?

I've been given tetracycline to treat my skin problems but I'm wary about taking it in case it messes with my height. I'm 18 and 5'11/182cm

not really an infection just pimples, blackheads, whiteheads etc.

I was prescribed it months ago and was supposed to finish it in June but I stopped taking it early due to my concerns. since i was only on it briefly i cant speak much about side effects
