I'm 16 and have been on around 5 pills for several months now. I can't name them all as I don't remember everything but I do know that I'm on Paroxetine, Concerta, and Risperidone. I've already been experiencing a lot of really bad side effects (constipation, anger issues, possibly hair loss) from them but my parents refuse to try and get me off of them because they're normalfags who think that Dr. Shekelberg's pills will magically fix every problem I have.

If I do manage to get off of them, can my brain fully go back to normal or would I be stuck like that forever? And if I am stuck like that, can I at least somewhat mitigate the symptoms somehow? I'm really scared.

Most side effects go away when you stop

Getting off them as soon as possible will reduce the risk of permanent brain damage. you've only taken them a few months so if you stop now you'll probably be fine

no. iv been on lexapro for 2 years+ tested 6-8 ssris in between. Quit cold turkey - didnt even experience withdrawals.
My problem lied in the gut though thus ssris were mostly just covering symptoms. If you are naturally deficient in the brain- maybe your experience will be diffirent. Because your drug combo is pretty heavy- especially for 16.

Don’t worry dude the damage is reversible, just ween yourself off them slowly cause you don’t wanna go cold Turkey immediately trust me.I assume you live with your parents as you’re 16 so if I were you I’d either pretend to take them or sit down with them and try to rationally explain to them why you wish to stop taking the pills. The only person who can prescribe that sort of medicine is a psychiatrist so I’m sure you’ll have to get him involved too which will be a more complicated process but either way it’s worth it in the end. With jewpills the “cure” is always worse than the sickness.

Wdym in the gut how can I check for this?

Long term, yes, especially with neuroleptics/anti-psychotics. They can cause scarring and abnormalities in the brain.. Serious liver and kidney dysfunction too.
Most importantly, when stopping j00pills, ALWAYS taper off & never stop cold turkey.

I suffered from gut candidosis which caused social anxiety/ADHD/depression in me.
Hard to tell how to check- white tongue, nonstop bloating from certain foods.

Anti candida diet. No sugar-even natural/bread/wheat/caffeine and ext.
But technically i didnt fix it - it just went into slumber mode- im now depression and anxiety free as long as i follow that diet but that shit is still residing in my gut. The worst part about that shit its not just affecting my anxiety/depression and adhd but also looks- i immediately go from htn to mtn because of massive bloating+acne

truth to say though i never fully followed that diet 24/7- because its super hardcore and its even more restrictive than keto.

Now im doing 20/4 fasting ( authopagy helps with candida) + diet+ once every 2 weeks liver cleansing from that thread https://looksmax.org/threads/organ-maxxing-for-optimum-health-and-aesthetic-benefit.571060/

if it wont work in 4-6 months im going to visit a specialised clinic to get a prescriptions for hardcore antibiotics. Iv tried a few of them previously by myself with probiotics but to no avail. Still white tongue and instant reaction on sugar.

antidepressants don't work for anything but severe depression, and don't improve quality of life.

they barely fare any better than placebos for everyone that isn't literally at the verge of suicide.

I'm gonna try this diet. I enjoy chicken jfl so hopefully this won't be too difficult.

Im gonna do 18/6 intermittent fasting then.
I was just prescribed an ssri (fluvoxamine) for my OCD, and i read they decrease testosterone and increase estrogen. I wanna avoid this situation as i still have development to finish. what do you think i can do?

I also have the white on my tongue and developed athletes foot that will not go away, and weirdly these ocd symptoms started around the time i got the white stuff on my tongue smh.

Hopefully we can both get rid of this

generally candida is treated with antibiotics but ideally a good clinic should scan your microbiome in order to find the ones specifically for you. And ussualy you still gonna be forced to hop on anti candida diet because of the high risk of rebound.

honestly there are not that many studies that prove for 100% that ssri decrease testosterone and increase esetrogen. you are probably citing this one https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28179152/ but im yet to find the exact % of total increase/decrease.

From my personal experience - i tolerated 8-10 ssris/snris very well. They all had similar side effects- low libido/more sleep but thats pretty much it. They heavily reduce depression and eanxiety but they also take away the joy of life so most of the time you just feel indifirence towards the world. exception- lexapro - on that ssri i felt like i was having mdma/magic mushrooms afterglow 24/7 happy with very high stress tolerance. Also when i did a blood test - there was no significant changes in my test/estrogen levels ( on all tested ssris/snris)
The exception was only - mirtazapine (remeron). This shit immediately puts you into sleep, heavily reduce metabolic rate ( i was gaining weight even on 1500cal diet) and im 100% sure it definetely increase estrogen.

Bro i have Ulcerative Colitis, mild IBS, anxiety, mild OCD, ADHD, and maybe depression not sure abiut this one cause i don't know if its just anxiety.

Basically i also have a white tounge like you, and i feel the best when im fasted, like currently haven't eaten all day and i feel sharp, energetic, motivated, acne scars look more pale (less inflammation i guess) etc. The moment i eat starch especially i feel shitty, the opposite oc the stuff i mentioned when fasting. Although simple sugars like those from orange juice and lactose free milk don't cause nearly as much problem as starch does. In theory, sugars are actually much less of a problem for candida for the simple reason that orange juice has glucose and fructose only that are NOT binded together (like table sugar or "saccharose" is). This means that they get just directly absorbed by your small intestine very quickly and candida doesn't have enough time to take it for itself. In comparison your body needs to release lots of enzymes to digest potatoes and rice for example cause they are polymers of glucose.

I would really like to try out something like carnivore or the candida diet but not sure cause being in ketosis is known to decreasw thyroid function and raise cortisol which isn't healthy either. Idk if the tradeoff is better tho

actually i eat plenty of carbs on candida diet. main souce is buckwheat. All my diet is literally buckwheat+ coconot or no lactose milk. Rest is just vegetables/almonds/chikori cofee/no lactose cheese-butter.

Even though some people dont think its good to eat carbs at all on anti candida diet, i dont notice any symptoms. Like if i eat apples, wheat and barley almost immediately in a few hours im going to feel brainfog/anxiety reappering/bloating and its going to last for 2+ days. On *good* carbs like buckwheat, millet, and quinoa i feel amazing even if i eat 300-400g a day.

But yh, fixing that shit takes tremendous amount of efforts. and its quite sad that nobody told me that gut can affect mental state so much. wasted so many years trying to fix my mental health with steroids/ssris/psychodelics/antipsychotics and ext

p.s lol just found photo that i send to my friend about my daily diet for the past 2 months.

Are we the same person? Buckwheat and quinoa are also the single best carbs that my body tolerates, they literally cause me zero problems and unironically fix my ibs symptoms/ulcerative colitis symptoms. I stopped eating them cause i didn't find them tasty cause of not knowing how to prepare them in a tasty way, legit sub atomic particle iq from my side.

Why is this the case with magical buckwheat? I read online a year ago that buckwheat only carb diet is used in traditional Russian medicine to treat various illnesses with great succes. Such a mysterious carb

@Anasurimbor elab more on how you combated candida. You said that you ate that strict diet to keep it dormant but then you said that you eat lots of carbs now. I don't get it

well i get 60-70% of my daily calories from buckwheat and its quite heavy on carb profile. Obviously there are always minor defirences. Like there is a good starch and bad starch. Good carbs and bad carbs. There is sugar/ natural sugar and ext. From good carbs i dont get any symptoms- no anxiety/adhd/bloating/depression - mood is close to perfect.

I hate preparing food and wasting time on diffrent dishes- so i just prefere stable and monotonous food.

Obviously i dont eat ( or at least i try) not to eat classical carbs like chips/bread/wheat/pasta. Somedays i do have a cheat day( when i know im not gonna meet with anybody in next few days) but i just realised that by that approach i never gonna get cured. This is why for the next 4-6 months i want to follow it all through without cheat days and ext. If it wont help - gonna try get treatment from specialised clinic on gut health. I actually tried to treat myself with antibiotics before and the only one that was decent was cyplox tz. For 2 months i was anxiety/depression free but then it all returned back - it definetely worked but i was to stupid not to combine it with probiotics and strick diet.

some people who have been on SSRI do develop permanent lifelong side effects (known as PSSD) even after they stop using, you'll just have to get off them as soon as possible and hope for the best.

once you take jew pills up your ass u never go back

Damn are they really that bad a lot of people have suggested that I take them.

What kind of damage are you talking about?

No they permanently fix your brain
