I'm on them and they don't really make you uglier, as long as you aren't taking a large amount in your prepubusecnt years like me, all they do is make you awkward as fuck

They fuck with hormones so will mess with your sexual function for one thing which is probably most important to you, but looks wise can lead to changes in weight either super skinny or super fat, can cause hormonal acne, anxiety which leads to stress which will looksmin you, and some more depending on what you take such as a dry mouth which obviously isn't good for your face
