do aromatase inhibitors become somewhat ineffective if you still intake high estrogen stuff like soy etc

coz ai just stops the conversion of other hormones into estrgen, it doesent do anything to existing estrogen? idk

not even close, ai is like nuking your bodies estrogen and soy is an extremely weak estrogen, it would make practically zero difference
