Do average Black men have higher smv than most average white men?

I know that Chad and chadlite mog all however I wonder if the average black man has more Smv than the average white man just because white girls will believe that he has a bbc (even if he doesn't) and Blacks are seen more masculine and dominant. Is this true?

No chance. White mtns have the highest smv amongst other mtns.

BUT.
Ltn and sub 5 blacks have higher smv than ltn and sub 5 white men due to exotic halo and some weird fetishes.
