Do Bimax CCW do the same as a Genioplasty?

Do Bimax CCW do the same as Bimax + Genio? I say because of the similarity of the movements, if i get Bimax CCW will that move my jaw/chin forward too, hence not needing a Genio?

Bimax and genio are different procedures. They are sometimes done together. CCW just stands for counterclockwise rotation, it's basically when you get "upswing" with the bimax.

You might need one or the other or both, although I haven't seen a lot of situations where genio alone gets the best results

Show skull x ray, if you lack the chin projection, ccw wont save you
