i feel like every dermatologist ive been to has been a fucking grifter just selling overpriced creams do nothing at all (literally charging $300 for tretinoin JFL). I need to find a blackpilled one tho for anti aging / collagen treatments when i get older.
Are all derms just worthless.. if not how do u find good ones. Im in US btw.
