do bonesmashing really work?

Solution
Sakl
if it hites the bones, thats a dent, not a microfracture, if it gets absorbed by the skin, thats literally scar tissue which will harden and give you inner bleeding when you smash it again. No.
fucking shit what type of questions is this ? No one ever believed bonesmashing worked and it was always satire + even if it could theoretically work u could say it’s almost impossible for humans to have the right conditions and factors doing it just fucks u up

in theory yes, in practice no. assuming you use the perfect technique and consistent over a long period of time. there should be a visible result but realistically it's very hard to maintain perfect technique and remain consistent for like 2 years
