1: do braces cause any sort of recession if its just the upper teeth
2: What surgery to widen maxilla or fix narrow face, my narrow face is caused by maxilla and not by my cheekbones, zygos, or jaw , wouldnt double jaw surgery just bring it forward and not widen it?
