Do braces mess with your facial structure?

My teeth are kind of crooked but not to the point you can tell from afar only slightly my front teeth both top and bottom

I got all my wisdom teeth removed about a year ago and its left a gap in those spaces( adding because idk if it is relevant)

Just want to know just to know what to expect or if I should just completely go against it as I would still be okay with my teeth being crooked I'll just cope with it

idk if its true or not, but ive seen that having braces during puberty does something with your forward growth. Don´t know if this is true or not, but you should look into that.

Don't do shit, my dad's dentist he says that even prevents from future ortho problems

alright then I don't think i got much to worry since it wont be that much moved around and I'm also about done with my teenage years thank you I'll mark it as solution
