Do brand names matter

I’m interested in getting stuff like isotretinoin and Pregabalin and I usually hear them referred to as accutane and Lyrica. I’m planning on buying from indiamart and they have different brands. Does it matter or am I good getting an off brand

Nah Generica's are just as good. But I'm not 100% sure about Indian medications from indiamart.
I've used Indian Cialis before and it was as good as the usual branded ones.
