Some do some dont, if they're into hiphop culture they most likely do
 
They have their own slang.

They speak like normal Brits slang and everything identical. The slang they (trappers) use is usually just Jamaican (accent) Patrois broken down and placed into English accent. But no, no race here has their own vernacular English
