Do cheap mobile back cameras show your actual face?

Normally I take pictures with my front camera but today I decided to take a picture with my back camera and HOLY SHIT I looked ugly asf. My asymmetrys were visible without me even trying to notice them.

don’t worry, you’re just used to the front camera and the image you see in the mirror. to other people you still look like your normal self, you’re just not used to seeing yourself from that angle

2) Bad lighting
3) Your facial features didn't become asymmetrical all of a sudden. You are just not used to see your face reversed.

Take a mirror picture and flip it horizontally (some mirrors are distorted tho) or use the tiktok face zoom filter
