Basically not taking facial harmony into account. You don't want your bigonial to be 1:1 to your bizygomatic, yet many people who get jaw implants get this result.

It really depends if u are low iq or not if u are smart u wont to do much but if u are dumb you do too much and end up looking like a plastic doll

most people get them too big so they can see them at high bf, whereas in reality even good zygos can only been seen at very lean body fats.

if you get the implants large enough to be well defined at high bfs, then obviously they are going to look uncanny.

They'll have to follow the natural shape of the bones and the contour, i always find big cheekbones (even if natural) very uncanny in many ways, you need cheekbones that suit your face.

Just keep harmony into account, it ain't rocket science, just get a 50mm pic of yourself and a 3d scan of your skull. Just calculate how whatever implant is going to affect your facial ratios in any way (positively or negatively).
