bite down and feel where the muscle goes out most
if its around ur cheek bones it hpigh and chewing wont work
if around gonion its low

got falim yesterday, chewed it for an hr to 2 hrs and maseteers def looked much better but i'm gonna go slow on it or i could possibly get TMJ. you should do the same too and remember to chew on each side evenly or one side of the jaw will look bigger than the other
