Do contact lenses which only add limbal ring exist?

If a person has light-colored eyes but no limbal ring, a sort of contact lenses which makes the limbal ring darker may help.

I am asking for a friend of mine, since my irises are as black as coal so in my eyes there is no color difference between pupil, iris and limbal ring
