Do contacts give more sclera show?

I've heard this many times. Since they go around the eye and it kinda pushes the lower eyelid forward and when you take them off the lower eyelids become more droopy

How do i deal with people that know i got contacts? I want to try them to get from black eyes to blue eyes but when i dont have them at me around girls or future gf its like when a girl takes off her makeup and looks like a man you know. So why should i bother with contacts?
