Let's look at the dataset.

In the Western data set around 6.5% of men are considered big

Whereas in the Eastern dataset, only about 0.2% of men are big

So if you think 0.46 on an average of ~5.6 isn't much

Asians and Indians are proven smaller than those living outside of the East, that's my claim. That's proven.

I could do the same thing with dicks that would be visibly small and pick a cutoff (forgot the exact measurement) but you can imagine that being 'small' is a lot more common in Asians and Indians than in those of other races

I agree with you on this, however you should keep in mind that 6" is already 92nd percentile in the Eastern dataset

So assuming that Easterners are between 5-6 is a bit generous, but I get your point.
