Do custom peak implants cause bone erosion or no?

I’ve seen niggas here claim that they don’t if they fit correctly and that space could be carved into the implant for bone to integrate into it so erosion isn’t a possibility. Is this bullshit? I’d rather do osteotomies for everything but some issues only implants can fix

The latest Maxfac I've been to SPECIFICALLY installs ONLY PEEK and Titan, because he says silicone causes erosion, so he avoids them.

Yeah I’m completely avoiding silicone, PEEK and titanium seem good.
